Full-spectrum botanical tinctures made for the glass in your hand. Three expressions — Swell, Drifter, Golden — dosed by dropper into soda, tonic, tea or the last drink of the night.

Clear the head
Cold and bright, built for the first drink of the evening or the tall glass after a long one. Cucumber and sea buckthorn over a clean mineral finish — three drops in soda water and the room gets quieter.
Cucumber · Sea buckthorn · Spearmint
Loosen the evening
The slow one. Lavender and lemon balm steeped long enough to go soft at the edges, with chamomile underneath. Made for a low glass at eleven, a pot of tea, or nothing at all but a spoon.
Lavender · Lemon balm · Chamomile
Turn the lights up
Warm, resinous, faintly bitter — the one that behaves like a bitters bottle. Turmeric and ginger cut with honeybush, so it holds its own against citrus, whiskey and everything sparkling.
Turmeric · Ginger · Honeybush
Whole botanicals — certified organic, bought by the harvest rather than the year — macerate cold for nine days, then press. Nothing is heated, nothing is sweetened, and nothing is standardised into flatness.
Soda, tonic or sparkling water over a single large cube. This is the honest test of a botanical: nothing to hide behind, no sugar to smooth it out. Swell belongs here in the afternoon; Golden holds up with a wide strip of grapefruit peel.
Treat the dropper like bitters — three to five drops into a built drink, stirred, never shaken hard. Golden sits under whiskey and agave the way an orange bitters does, and takes a vermouth pour further than it has any right to go.
Under the tongue, or into a cup of hot water at the end of the day. Drifter was built for exactly this: no glassware, no occasion, no performance. Most of our regulars finish the bottle this way and never mix it once.
“I keep all three behind the well now. Golden did more for the low-proof list than any syrup I’ve ever bought.”
The three-bottle set ships free, and one note a month tells you what came off the bench and how to pour it.
